AI Help

Tell me what you're trying to do. I'll tell you whether AI can actually help, what it would take, and whether you need to pay me anything to find out.

Most people who write to me aren't sure what's possible. That's the normal starting point, not a problem — and knowing what's out there is often the whole answer.

Three ways I can help

Quick Read

Free

A direction. I'll tell you whether AI is the right tool for what you're describing, point you at the one thing most worth knowing, and say plainly if you don't need to hire me. Answer within one business day.

Sounds like

"I run a cleaning business and I keep hearing AI could help with the office work. Is there something here?"

Explainer

$50

A written answer to one specific question. What a tool actually does, where it breaks, what to watch out for. An explanation, not a plan. Within three business days.

Sounds like

  • "Is it safe to put my clients' financial information into ChatGPT? What actually happens to it?"
  • "Everything AI writes for me sounds generic. Is there a way to make it sound like me?"
  • "Someone told me Claude is better than ChatGPT for my kind of work. How do I tell which one I should be paying for?"

Workflow Review

$200

A diagnosis and a plan. What's actually going on, what I'd recommend, in what order, roughly what it costs — and, just as important, what you shouldn't automate. Within three business days.

Sounds like

"My customer inquiries come in by phone, text, Facebook, and my website. My calendar is separate from my customer list. Right now I'm the thing connecting all of it."

Start with the Quick Read. It's free, and part of what you get is my honest opinion about which of these you actually need — including "none of them."

Everything is written and remote. I don't do site visits, and I don't take on ongoing retainer work — what I sell is a defined piece of work with an end to it.

Four questions

Short answers are fine. Your name, email, and questions 1 and 3 are required; the rest help.

How I work: AI-assisted, human-directed.

I use AI throughout this process. It reads your answers, prepares a summary for me, and helps me draft a response. I direct it, edit it, and decide what you get. Every response ends with a short section called My take, which I write myself.

I'm not going to recommend AI to you and then pretend I don't use it.

Please don't include client names, account numbers, or records — describe the situation instead.
